Stud Service Deposit Policy:
A deposit of half the total cost of the Stud Service is required to gurantee a Stud Service for 1 years time and the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the Stud Service. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another Stud Service, litter or sale/purchase. The Stud Service will not be guranteed for 1 years time until the deposit is received in full. The buyer/purchaser will have 1 year from the time the deposit is made to allow New Jack Pitz, to attempt the Stud Service from the selected stud to the selected dame. If 1 years time expires after a Stud Service deposit is made and no Stud Service attempt has been allowed to New Jack Pitz then the buyer/purchaser may lose their Stud Service if the Stud Service for the selected stud is then closed to the public. The total remaining cost for the Stud Service is due in full prior to attempting the Stud Service on the selected dame. New Jack Pitz will attempt Stud Service by having the selected dame brought or shipped to us at the cost of the buyer/purchaser or will attempt Stud Service by shipping the semen of the selected stud to the buyer/purchaser at their cost. If the selected dame does not conceive puppies, we will continue to attempt Stud Service until the selected dame is confirmed pregnant or the stud cost may be transferred to another stud, litter, or sale/purchase. New Jack Pitz will fill in and sign a UKC, ADBA or ABKC Litter Registration Form with the proper stud information, the accurate number of puppies birthed, and estimated breeding date when the accurate number of birthed puppies is confirmed by the buyer/purchaser to New Jack Pitz.
Pup/Adult Deposit Policy:
A 25% deposit of the total cost of the puppy is required to reserve a puppy-pick and the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the puppy. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another litter or sale/purchase. The puppy will not be considered or labeled as "reserved" until the deposit is received in full. The buyer/purchaser will make their pick when the puppy is 7 weeks old. The total cost for the puppy is due, when the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. If the total cost for the puppy is not paid , before the puppy has reached 7 weeks of age, then the buyer/purchaser may lose their pick on the litter in which they originally had a pick reservation.
All sales and purchases are as is. There are no refunds and all sales/purchases are final. New Jack Pitz is not responsible or liable for any puppy/dog sold once it is in the possession of the buyer/purchaser.
The puppy/dog is being shipped it must be at least 8 weeks old. The total amount (shipping + cost of puppy/dog) is due before the shipping arrangements are to be made by New Jack Pitz to the, buyer/purchaser at the agreed upon airport able to take live cargo and at the most convenient time available. The puppy/dog will be shipped by "pet first travel" through "delta airlines". Payment of the total amount will be done with and when the "UKC , ADBA , or ABKC Registration " of the agreed upon puppy/dog is delivered to the buyer/purchaser by USPS Express. Only cash, money orders, PayPal or cashier checks from bank, will be accepted. If the puppy is reserved, the deposit requirements are still in effect.
Shipment of a puppy/dog is an extra $500 for shipment within the united states. International shipping costs and costs for shipping puppies/dogs over 10 weeks of age are subject to verification.
